Controlled place

It is some part of indoor space of buildings which are included is inhabitable place or are attached to another controlled place. This place temperature is maintained in a particular range by special HVAC equipment.

Uncontrolled place

All of the places In which there are no temperature controlling devices, such as parking, corridors, stairs and etc. Notably, outdoor spaces are always included as uncontrolled places, whereas indoor places may be included as controlled or uncontrolled places.
